Business Development Manager
A leader in the Business Process Outsourcing sector is looking to employ an experienced and eager business hunter to spearhead Business Development for the company. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new markets to introduce the company’s products as well as identifying areas to increase growth and profitability. The ideal candidate must be able to design, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market, as well as perform competitor analysis and adjust the marketing strategies to be at par with the competitor strategies.
Experience we look for:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on new business acquisition.
- 8 years + experience in Strategic sales in a B2B (Business to Business) environment.
- Experience with people solutions i.e. BPO, Functional Outsourcing, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Services is preferred.
- Key Competencies: Strategic Influence, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Customer Centric.
Essential Qualifications we are looking for:
- Matric Certificate.
- Computer Literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
- Basic Financial Management.
- Business Management degree in Sales and Marketing, or related business degree.
