Retail Store Manager required for a reputable retail company based in Zwelitsha, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Additional certifications in retail management or leadership an advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor expenses and maintain budget controls.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Coordinate promotional activities and oversee merchandising displays
