Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, manage, and maintain Linux servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux systems.
- Ensure AD infrastructure security and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and ensure reliable DNS resolution.
- Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues.
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Conduct thorough root-cause analyses for recurring issues to prevent future incidents.
Key Experience & Skills Required: - 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
- IT qualification is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement preventative measures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
