- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to nurture relationships and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and planning
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to the sales team
