Develop solid and trusting relationship with Wholesale clients
• Build relationships, drive sales growth and bringing in new clients
• Manage and resolve key client issues and complaints
• Develop a complete understanding of key account needs including the annual promotional grid.
• Anticipate key account changes and improvements and regular quarterly updates.
• Manage communications between key clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
• Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Work closely with sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and other team members to ensure the highest
quality of customer service and meeting desired sales targets on monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling and implement effective
promotions to drive sales.
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members on
behalf of the business.
• Meet all client’s needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
• Keep abreast with the new product development and pricing within the Wholesaler Channel
• Manage monthly stock forecast to ensure that the demand is always met
• Point Of Sale development in conjunction with Marketing department and implementation
• Develop a look at success in store for the Wholesale Channel as a set standard for Sales Team
• Facilitate and conduct the trade shows including the breakfast runs for Wholesale Channel
• Conduct coaching, support and training of sales team and drive sales effectiveness.
