A well established company based in Montana is seeking a Personal Assistant to the directors. Duties: - Schedule meetings and manage calendars - Answer phone calls and emails and take messages - Take notes at meetings - Help with daily time management - Run errands as requested - Plan travel arrangements if necessary - Coordinate events (Golf days/exhibitions/sponsorships) - Draft correspondence such as emails and letters - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Maintaining databases and filing systems - Preparing reports, presentations and briefs - Good verbal and written communications skills - Discretion and confidentiality important Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Experience working as a person assistant Minumim of 3 years experience May be required to answer calls/respond to WhatsApp or emails after hours or weekends. Must be available at all times telephonically if needed for information (not often) Computer Literacy: MS Office (Outlook,Excel,Word)
