Assist the logistics team in coordinating and managing the supply chain process. Support the tracking and management of inventory levels, orders, and shipments. Help prepare and process shipping documentation and labels. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in logistics management systems. Participate in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing. Assist in analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical issues and ensure timely delivery of goods. Shadow and learn from logistics professionals to gain insights into industry practices and trends. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the logistics team. Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
