Duties: Responding to customer queries and services via Email and Chat Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Stay up to date on product features and specifications, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer enquiries Requirements: Speak, read & write German Hours of operation: 8am - 8pm (European time), Monday - Saturday, on a rotational shift basis Salary: R2 5 000 CTC Benefits: Medical insurance and group cover, which consists of death, disability and funeral cover.
