Duties and Responsibilities To implement and ensure that all rules and regulations are followed according to the OHS Act No. 85 of 1993 and regulations Keeping all necessary staff members informed of any changes regarding the OHS Act To ensure that appropriate safety controls are implemented where necessary To act against any staff members that do not abide by the rules and regulations of the Act Responsible for organizing OHS training of employees and executives Design and deliver health and safety strategies and initiatives within the scope of the business Advising on the compliance of safety policies and document To be an integral part of the SHEQ team Matric SAMTRAC certified Incident investigation certificate (Any level) A good understanding of ISO standards (Specifically ISO 45001 and ISO 9001)
