Position Overview:
The E-commerce Administrative Staff member will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store operations. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring accurate product information across all e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
- Process online orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive online sales.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging content for product descriptions, banners, and promotions.
- Maintain the overall look and functionality of the online store, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
