A Logistics/Transport Company in Pretoria has a vacancy for a Financial Assistant/Administrator, with previous experince in Bookkeeping and Financials. The successful Applicant will be responsible for the following duties: Draw reports from the logistics system. Liaise with the Logistic Co-ordinators. Data Capturing. Set up meetings on outlook. Respond to emails. Reconciliations. Handle account and general queries. Invoicing. General Ledgers. Assist with month end financials. Liaise with Insurance Brokers. Assist with ad-hoc duties required by Managment. Matric. Proficient in Word and Excel. Experience in Xero (financial package) would be an advantage. Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans. Must be able to liaise at all levels. Must be able to multitask. Own Transport. Ability to commence duty immediately would be an advantage.
