We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Campaign Manager to lead and run our customer marketing communications, primarily email. A pivotal role within the business, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing and optimising customer email campaigns to grow customer value, retention, and engagement to meet sales growth targets for the Le Boat brand. You’ll be working within the CRM team and report to the Head of CRM.
Le Boat is the market leader of self-drive boating holidays across Europe and Canada’s inland waterways. With over 50 years of experience and operating a fleet designed to suit all party sizes and budgets where no licence and no experience is required, everyone can enjoy a holiday with Le Boat.
What you will be doing:
1. Campaign Management:
Create high-quality email campaigns to drive bookings and conversions, using A/B testing and performance tracking for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop cross-channel strategies.
2. Lead Generation:
Implement multi-channel lead generation to grow the customer database, focusing on early lifecycle engagement and onboarding journeys. Partner with the Acquisition team for a unified approach.
3. Loyalty Programs:
Enhance customer retention and engagement by working with the Head of CRM to refine loyalty programs.
4. Team Collaboration:
Report to the Head of CRM and work closely with CRM, Data, and Insight teams, as well as regional marketing and sales teams, to drive shared goals.
What We're Looking For:
- A CRM marketing specialist with digital marketing experience, ideally within a global organization.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing email campaigns, Customer Lifecycle, and automated customer journeys.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end digital campaigns, with a strong track record in CRM/digital platforms.
- An individual with a keen eye for creativity and a strong ability to pay close attention to detail, especially in the development of effective campaigns.
- Experience with loyalty programs and related marketing techniques.
- Excellent collaborator who excels in building and nurturing connections with various individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign targeting and personalization.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and innovate.
- Experience with HubSpot is essential.
