Introduction
The Organization Design and Change Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness through the implementation of various methodologies aimed at culture assessments and diagnostics, implementation of value-based behaviours, aligning jobs and grades to ensure a future-fit structure, while applying relevant change management and communication strategies to ensure buy-in and stakeholder management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the change management strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Manage change resistance by identifying potential barriers, developing mitigation plans, and implementing effective strategies to address resistance.
- Develop and drive organizational development (OD) interventions, such as culture transformation initiatives, process improvements, and structural realignments, to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support the change team by providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure successful change implementation.
- Manage stakeholder relations through effective communication, engagement, and collaboration to build support and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments, including culture diagnostics, process evaluations, and structural analyses, to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement job evaluation and grading systems to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing regular progress reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and methodologies in organizational design and change management.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Change Management and Organizational Development.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Specialist/Senior Consultant in Change Management or Organizational Development.
- Sound knowledge of Change Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and organizational development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles, job evaluation, and grading systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
