Operations Manager

Responsibilities & Desired Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead, oversee, and coach the client service team to achieve both individual and team performance objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Manage client service contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence and timely renewals.
- Engage with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to enhance client service delivery and promptly address any client-related issues.
- Monitor and assess client service performance metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Spearhead client service projects, including the integration of new technologies or processes to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure efficient processes are utilized to achieve desired outcomes within our service-oriented business area.
- Serve as the escalation point for client queries and incidents.
- Coordinate and oversee specific external vendors and agencies.
SKILLS
- Innovative approach to exploring new support channels, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical prowess to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and client support software.

Desired Experience & Qualification
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification in Engineering or Human Resources.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Successful track record of 5+ years in a client-facing leadership role.
- Experience with managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Proven track record in overseeing the successful implementation of large projects within the solar PV industry or renewables.
Package & Remuneration
ZAR800k - ZAR1.3mil CTC per annum.
