Opstel van materiaal- en hoeveelhedeboeke. Ontleding en hersiening van tenders. Voer akkurate kosteberekeninge, ramings en voorspellings uit vir konstruksieprojekte. Beplan en bestuur alle kommersiële bestuurstake, kontraktuele spertye, begrotings en hulpbronne. Hou akkurate projekrekords, insluitend meetrekords en kostedokumentasie. Voer terreinbesoeke uit om vordering te monitor en nakoming van kontraktuele spesifikasies te verseker. Doen op-die-terrein metings van materiale en hoeveelhede. Help met die kostebestuur van konstruksieprojekte. Voorsien gereelde verslae en opdaterings oor die projekbegroting en kostestatus aan projekbestuurders. Werk saam met projekbestuurders, ingenieurs, argitekte en ander belanghebbendes om akkurate kostebestuur te verseker. Kwalifikasies & Vereistes: BSc in Bourekenaarswese. Minimum van 2 jaar ervaring in 'n Bourekenaar-rol of soortgelyk. Vaardigheid in MS Projects en die vermoë om projekskedules te interpreteer. Goeie kennis van MS Office. Vaardighede in kostebeheer, hoeveelhedeboeke, kostebestuur, beplanning en verslagdoening. Kennis van konstruksiemateriaal, -metodes en toepaslike regulasies. Compile bills of materials and quantities. Analyse and review tenders. Conduct accurate cost analysis, estimation, and forecasting for construction projects. Plan and manage all commercial management processes, contractual deadlines, budgets, and resources. Maintain accurate project records, including measurement and cost documentation. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to contractual specifications. Perform on-site measurements of materials and quantities. Assist with cost management for construction projects. Provide regular reports and updates on project budget and cost status to project managers.
