Key Objectives: Drive sustainable financial growth by developing strategies for new revenue streams and building long-term client relationships in local and international markets. Align sales and revenue targets with company goals, contributing to customer-centric strategies that address evolving market needs. Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, monitor trends, and inform strategic initiatives and product innovations. Assess competitor markets, analyze risks and profitability, and provide regular reports on market disruptions. Support equitable employment practices, positive industrial relations, and a safe, healthy work environment in compliance with regulations. Minimum Requirements: Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field. An Executive Management program or MBA would be an added advantage. Experience: 58 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or sales environment, ideally from the Chemical manufacturing industry At least 5 years in a senior Marketing/Sales role with a successful track record of driving sales and managing teams in a similar industry. Proven managerial experience, particularly in strategy development, sales growth, and client management.
