Job Description
You will be reporting to the Commercial Director and your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible estimating packages
- Effectively provide technology and operational support for the business
- Buying
- BEE
- Programming
- Cash Flow
- Risk Analysis
- Conditions of contract
- Compliance with the Estimating Procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering /Quantity Surveyor
Skills
- 8 - 10 years' experience on site
- Experience Estimating on Civil, Building, Mechanical and Electrical projects
- Sound knowledge of site environments and workflow requirements
- Experience on tendering process
- CCS/Candy experience
- Good management experience
- Relevant written and verbal contracts
