o Able to communicate clearly and effectively

o Able to write reports clearly and effectively with accuracy

o Ability to complete minor maintenance items fixing lightbulbs, repairs to
minor plumbing and gate issues
o Ability to manage a small team of contractors for the completion of larger
maintenance items painting and repairs
