What Is Required:
As a distinguished Padel Host at our prestigious Camps Bay Hotel, you will be the vibrant face of our Padel club, responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our esteemed guests. This dynamic role blends hospitality and sport, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and engaged. You will facilitate court bookings, provide guidance on game play, and organize exciting events that elevate the Padel experience. Collaborating with the club manager and our dedicated team, you will play a key role in promoting a lively and friendly atmosphere, making every match an occasion to remember. With your passion for Padel and exceptional communication skills, you will help forge lasting memories for our guests against the breathtaking backdrop of Camps Bay.
Minimum Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sports or hospitality environment, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Padel as a sport, including rules and techniques; certification in Padel coaching or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
