Minimum requirements
- Matric
- Relevant work experience in a managerial role is advantageous, particularly in a similar role within the
sports or leisure industry. - Experience in customer service, event management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures or possessing first aid certification is advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities
- Host management tasks, including welcoming guests, playing padel with them if there are not enough opponents, explaining the rules of the game and creating a WhatsApp group for photo content and marketing
- Club management duties, including engaging with customers, opening and closing the club, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and that staff are rostered correctly
- Pro shop, including managing sales and stock of the pro shop, tracking rentals, marketing and sales of padel equipment
- Daily reporting, including padel court use percentage, daily cash ups, and reporting broken equipment for fixing
- Stock management
- Corporate and school bookings
