Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Leads Co-ordinator & Administrator supports the Leasing team in efficiently managing client leads, streamlining administrative tasks, and driving client renewals. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and client-centred leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries, maintaining a professional and timely response to prospective clients through phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on client needs, ensuring they align with Inospace’s offerings and priorities.
- Data Entry and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records for all client leads, ensuring CRM data integrity.
- Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, and other metrics, using insights to recommend improvements.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing lease documentation, coordinating viewings, and ensuring client communication is clear and consistent.
- Custodian of Lease Renewals: Track and manage the lease renewal process, coordinating with clients to facilitate timely renewals and avoid disruptions.
Requirements
- Must be South African Citizen or valid working permit.
- Proven experience in real estate or leasing administration (At least 3 years experience).
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and client service.
