The role
This role will provide coordination support for the day-to-day operations of the global Corporate Intelligence Operations team, working closely with practitioners and other CI stakeholders across the US, London, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices. This role will encompass completing administration and coordination tasks relating to client and case onboarding, client invoicing and supporting central functions, including Sales and Client Relationship Management, Learning and Development and Recruitment.
Typical activities and projects will include:
Casework administration.
- Onboarding of new clients and all related administration activities
- Managing the end-to-end processes of casework administration, including preparing relevant contracting and onboarding proposals/quotes and cases onto the CRM
- Invoicing clients for completed cases
Operational support.
- Provide administrative support to other central functions within Corporate Intelligence, including Sales and Client Relationship Management, Learning and Development, IT and Recruitment.
- Train new joiners on the use of relevant operational processes and tools
Third party management.
- Complete the administrative tasks relevant to the onboarding and management of third parties.
Quality Management.
- Alongside the Operations Manager, contribute to ensuring Corporate Intelligence’s operations processes remain efficient and fit-for-purpose.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Risk & Compliance team on all relevant internal and external audits.
- Stakeholder engagement. The Operations team is the first point of contact for any queries relating to operations in Corporate Intelligence. As such, the Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that queries are responded to timeously and where necessary, escalated to the relevant party.
The role will be based in our Cape Town office , however we have flexible working arrangements available.

We’re looking for the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar operations or coordination role;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
- Any experience using Salesforce will be an advantage.

- Excellent planning and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
Candidates must have permission to work in South Africa by the start of their employment.
