To manage own portfolio of early arrears defaults, escalating complex concerns to superiors.

Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders with well-developed verbal and written communication skills; administrative experience with computer literacy, including MS Office with an understanding of the Bank's products and types of collateral.

Some insight into the control of bad debts and laid down criteria in respect of law costs, interest in suspense and notional interest, routine and accounting procedures.
