Education:
- Relevant Business or ICT degree / National ICT Diploma or studying towards one of the relevant qualifications (If studying towards qualification, incumbent to be appointed as designate).
- Ideal: Business Analysis certification.
Experience:
- 2 years in business analysis.
- 2 years in systems analysis.
- Ideal: Extensive working experience on Blood Establishment Computer System (BECS).
Other (knowledge and skills):
- Understanding of the blood banking industry.
- Ability to apply ICT in solving business problems.
- Knowledge of Blood Banking Methodologies.
