Liquor Store Manager
Area: Roodepoort
Salary: Basic Salary R18000 plus Medical Aid, Provident Fund and 13th cheque
Working Hours : Retail hours
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation including inventory management, staff supervision, sales tracking, and stock control
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the sales of alcohol
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulation
- Good MS Excel skills
