Normandien Farms (Pty) Ltd, is looking for a Systems Administrator for the transport division based in Pietermaritzburg (Mkondeni).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage Mix Telematics, Dynafleet, Fleetboard, Autotrak and Fleetmove
- Managing Fuel / Toll Cards
- Monitoring Fleetboard Data and Uptime Data
- Manage Mix Telematics billing, cancellations, new contracts, Movement reports, Historical reports
- Ensure everyone receives automated reports to manage their KPI’s
- RTMS – Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with RTMS standards
- Lead RTMS Audits and correct Non-Conformances
- Full RTMS Compliance
- Sending work reports daily
- Maintain Smart Truck Standards for PBS Trucks – Permits, Drivers, Vehicles, Safety
- Ensure Safety and Compliance within the company
- Assist managers in day to day operations where applicable
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Excellent professional work standard
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own Transport
- Min 5 years’ experience in Transport administrative environment
