Duties & Responsibilities
Major Purpose:
As the Manager of Credit Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and cultivating strong relationships within dealer and branch networks. Your responsibilities include developing new credit products, ensuring competitive pricing, and implementing robust marketing plans. This position offers a unique opportunity to be both a strategic leader and an impactful individual contributor.
Major Duties: - Regularly engage with dealers to ensure the readiness of credit services and achieve volume targets.
- Oversee marketing and action plans tailored to each region, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
- Monitor product pricing and conduct complex calculations for proper spread adjustments to meet targeted yields.
- Provide comprehensive training to dealers' sales forces, ensuring effective communication of credit products to potential prospects.
- Develop new products aligned with market demand, assessing risk mitigation strategies and targeted yields.
- Manage sensitive market and internal information to create marketing and advertising plans for product launches or reinforcement.
- Represent the company at special events, farm shows, and meetings to promote credit products to the general public, governmental agencies, and branch personnel.

Experience Required: - Background in the Finance Industry, specifically with credit sales.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Management.
