Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial systems and reporting mechanisms to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance and cost accounting.
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
- Develop strategies for long-term financial goals aligned with the company's mission of positively impacting local communities and the environment.
Skills:
- Afrikaans & English Speaking
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance regulations, and auditing standards.
- Proficient in Afrikaans with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in systems and reporting, running accounts, and auditing.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
