Customer Services Representative
Location: Umhlanga, Durban

Responsibilities:
- Promote excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming phone calls and walk-in customers.
- Respond to email inquiries.
- Write up and quote basic print jobs.
- Follow up on quotes, call inactive customers, acquisition, follow up, and check in with current clients.
- Prospect for new customers with targeted telemarketing.
- Manage email marketing and assist with social media marketing.

- Basic knowledge of design software is helpful but not required.
Compensation is based on experience.
