Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Job Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in HR Management essential.
- Min. 5 years HR management experience, in the Automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of SA Labour Laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: HR and Industrial Relations Management: - Manage all aspects of HR and IR.
- Manage Section 189A, CCMA cases, Union matters and Employment Equity.
- Manage all aspects of level and statutory requirements, including internal & external audits.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
HR Policies and Compliance: - Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Equity, and BEE requirements.
Performance Management: - Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Manage evaluations of employee performance.
- Develop strategies for employee recognition and career development.
Training and Development: - Oversee training needs and design & implement relevant training programs.
BBBEE Management: - Manage the BBBEE program and ensure accreditation levels are achieved and maintained.
Benefits and Compensation: - Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive packages and adherence to budget constraints.
General Admin and IT: - Manage all general administrative activities and assets of the company.
