As a Group Account Director, you will be a key player in our dynamic agency, responsible for leading a team and managing a portfolio of clients in the retail sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture strong, trusted relationships with senior client contacts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular client health checks and present quarterly reports.
- Engage clients in co-owning changes and adjustments to project scope and deliverables.
- Team Leadership and Development:
