Were looking for A skilled and passionate Senior Barber to join our team at a high-end barbershop dedicated to providing exceptional grooming experiences. This is an opportunity to work in a refined environment with a clientele who expect top-quality service and attention to detail. Whats the role? You will be responsible for: Perform high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling according to client specifications and industry trends. Offer professional consultations to understand clients' grooming goals, recommend services, and provide expert styling advice based on face shape, hair type, and preferences. Deliver a luxury grooming experience by focusing on customer comfort, attention to detail, and the quality of each interaction. Stay updated on premium grooming products, make personalized recommendations, and promote aftercare products to clients. Adhere to all health and safety regulations by maintaining a clean and organized workstation and sterilizing tools after each service. Continuously improve skills by staying current on the latest grooming techniques, styles, and tools. Build a loyal client base through personalized service, excellent rapport, and a memorable grooming experience. Who are you? Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. High standard for grooming accuracy, consistency, and quality. Familiarity with premium grooming products and the ability to recommend appropriate options to clients. Commitment to maintaining a polished and professional look as a representative of our brand. Comfortable with upselling and promoting products that enhance the clients grooming regimen. Boxes to tick 5 years of experience as a barber in a high-end or luxury barbershop or men's salon. Mastery in classic cuts, fades, razor shaves, beard shaping, and hot towel techniques. Knowledge of skincare, scalp treatments, or other specialty grooming services is a plus. Experience with advanced styles, contemporary cuts, or textured hair is advantageous.
