Job Description: Mechanical Engineer, Building Management Systems Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale Job Type: 6 Month Contract (Full-Time hours) Job Duties: Designing, developing, and maintaining building management systems Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems within buildings Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues efficiently Collaborating with other engineers and technicians on projects Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Required Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) Experience: At least 10 years in BMH systems design and implementation. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of building management systems Proficient in CAD software for design and modelling Excellent problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities
