Minimum Requirements: - Accounting Degree
- Completed Articles OR more than 4 years accounting experience
- Fruit industry experience
- Cost accounting experience
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with forex payments/transactions
Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage full creditors process on producers
Capturing and review of produce and related cost elements & related adjustments
Weekly preparations and review of payments to producers
Sending of payment remittances to producers
Reporting on producer payment summaries
Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments
- Cashflow management
- Monthly updating and monitoring of standard costs and related variances
- Invoicing of costs back to producers
- Management of balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard cost
- Various reporting
- Onboarding of new customers and producers
- Processing of commercial invoices and credit notes
- Preparation and review of weekly and monthly commercial creditor payments
- Any other relevant accounting functions as required
