Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12
- Suitable tertiary Diploma/Degree
- Experience marketing animal feed products to relevant suppliers (minimum of 8 years)
- Technical knowledge on animal nutrition
- Able to travel as needed
Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel sales strategy for animal feed in South Africa and neighboring countries, collaborating with management and the procurement team.
- Work closely with the procurement team and suppliers to secure adequate stock levels of relevant products.
- Establish and manage a competitive pricing strategy for the entire product range.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and product lines that align with the company's sales objectives.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of value-added products to enhance customer offerings.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical assistance to clients to foster strategic partnerships.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks related to clients and products.
- Conduct regular market analysis and prepare monthly reports to inform strategic decision-making.
