Minimum Requirements: - Masters degree in statistics, epidemiology or public health (with a strong quantitative focus)
- Previous clinical research and statistical analysis experience (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of STATA
- Data management experience with electronic platforms such as REDCap
The following will be advantageous: - PhD degree in statistics, epidemiology or public health (with a strong quantitative focus)
- Knowledge and experience in longitudinal data analysis is a distinct advantage
- Experience working in a collaborative research environment
- Experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Providing statistical support to investigators and students by running specific analyses
- Advising investigators and students on statistical approaches to research questions
- Data quality control (including input into quality control systems and creating feedback reports)
- Developing and maintaining REDCap-based databases, and reporting from such databases
Additional Information: - Position will be based in Mowbray
- 12-month Fixed Term Contract
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
