We are in search of a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Representative with a passion for the trucking industry in Johannesburg.
Location: Johannesburg
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities, maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products to customers and potential customers.
- Demonstrate our product’s features and benefits to clients and ensure they understand the product capabilities.
- Study customer needs and recommend suitable trucking solutions.
- Negotiate prices, prepare sales agreements, and complete sales.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services.
- Report sales activity, sales results, and feedback from customers to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technical sales representative.
- Strong understanding & knowledge of truck and trucking equipment.
- Outgoing and customer-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Technical degree is a plus but not necessary.
- Valid driver’s license.
Salary: R25k Basic, plus petrol, commission and more.
