Temporary Receptionist role
Our clients are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to fill a temporary receptionist position. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's front desk and providing both clients' and visitors' exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Efficiently answer and route phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
