We have an opening within our IT department for someone to join us as a ‘Change & Release Lead’, working full-time within our modern Burton on Trent office.
This is a hybrid role, coming into our Burton office 2 days a week.
This role is fundamental in ensuring a seamless execution of change across our IT functions.
Working with cross functional teams and 3rd parties this position will see you producing forecast and performance reports alongside designing, developing and integrating new IT processes.

What is required?
In addition to experience of change and release processes and procedures, success in this position will require you to have a flexible approach to work, good attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships.
A good understanding of ITIL or V4 tools & techniques, Microsoft Dynamics 365, modern ITSM tools and the Microsoft One Version process relating to customer engagement and finance operations.
