Responsibilities*
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor food preparation and presentation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and uphold food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
