Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator
A well-established Inbound Tour operator is looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to support and assist the Product and Marketing Director and to help manage all Digital Marketing and communication concerns. Our client is solely a B2B – someone with this understanding is important.

Duties & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content creation & copy editing:
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating all marketing content
- Design of promotional materials
- Bring creativity and inspiration to propose future content
2. Digital:
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Schedule content in line with global engagement strategies
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g., conversion and bounce rates)
- Develop creative and engaging social media content
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels
- Oversee, plan, schedule, and deliver content across different platforms
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Develop, launch, and manage campaigns that promote our organization and brand
- Form key relationships with identified influencers across the social media platforms
- Undertake audience research
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques
3. Design:
- Creation of collateral (including, but not limited to, graphic design, logos, brochures, estate advertisements, and press releases using InDesign or suitable alternative)
- Liaise with external design and print houses where necessary to ensure production deadlines are met
- Liaising with all departments to execute their design needs
4. Communication & Administrative Support:
- Coordination and management of all Printed Collateral
- Quotes from relevant companies and orders
- Coordination and supervision of team photo and video shoots (e.g., during educationals and special events)
- Provide support and guidance with regards to brand guidelines, content updates, website updates, collateral updates
- Assist with any other needs or requests that may arise
Desired Experience & Qualification
Main Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Marketing/Advertising, or equivalent
- Preferably 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Active on social media
- Knowledge of CMS
- Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of web analytics
- Must be proficient with the English language
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
