Your role:
As Bulbshare’s Social Media and Content Manager you will support all content and marketing output with a focus on brand awareness, lead-gen, content distribution and user engagement. This will include everything from blog, report and webinar content to direct-mail marketing comms and in-app engagement. You will also lead on all social media content.

As Social Media and Content Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Driving growth and engagement through compelling social media content and strategy :
You will enhance the brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Quora and Reddit.
- Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve set marketing goals and KPIs
- Designing and implementing the organic social media strategy and content calendar to align with business goals with a tailored approach for each platform
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Measure the success and impact of the organic growth and performance of all profiles based on key metrics
- Assist with the performance marketing side of the business (ad campaigns on different platforms)
- Monitor audience responses/comments/DMs on the platforms while working closely with the Customer Service Team
- Monitor the competition and its social media assets to ensure competitive growth
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences across various social media platforms
- Identify opportunities to streamline, repurpose and interconnect existing content to maximize visibility, growth and engagement on social media.
You’ll come armed with the ideas, experience, knowledge and skills to supercharge our content distribution – ensuring we maximize eyeballs across all our content, from report downloads to webinar sign-ups to qualified sales leads via lead-gen social media ads. You’ll be laser focused on radically increasing our newsletter sign-ups, web sessions and interactions across all other touchpoints, managing a marketing budget in a cost-effective, efficient way, and using all the digital platforms at your disposal.
You will be responsible for creating external marketing content that will be used to engage both our existing and prospective clients. This will take the form of blog, video and report content.
Regular marketing comms :
You will assist in the creation, delivery and management of marketing comms such as newsletters, webinar mail-outs and other Bulbshare news and updates, using internal marketing systems such as HubSpot and MailChimp.
You will coordinate with the Content team to design and produce visual and video content for different platforms and channels. Skilled at, and with experience in, using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop and Premiere Pro), you’re confident in creating engaging and high-quality design collateral.
What we are looking for:
Qualifications and technical skills required
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Knowledge and experience of digital marketing, content marketing and distribution
- Knowledge and experience of social media advertising
- Demonstrable hands on experience in content management
- Good understanding of social media KPIs, trends and content
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
- Excellent communication skills and command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to plan ahead, multitask and drive solutions around related aspects of your role
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills
- Genuine curiosity and energy in your chosen field, we value self motivated individuals

- Ability to build relationships across departments, suppliers and clients
