Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives. Collaborate with international teams to drive the portfolio of brands in key markets. Be the brand/portfolio custodian including understanding the brand profitability and actively work towards improving profitability Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners. Organize and participate in wine tastings, trade shows, and other promotional events. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing effort Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the wine or beverage industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Passion for wine and a deep knowledge of wine products and industry trends.
