MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To maintain and manage vendor master and material master data across procurement systems in all divisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Create and maintain vendor master records.
- Create and maintain material master records.
- Maintain the catalog for material master.
- Provide user and systems support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
DESIRED EDUCATION: Procurement or Finance Diploma/Certificate
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in working with Master Data management.
- Basic German language skills is desired but not essential.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- SAP Materials Management or Sales and Distribution module exposure.
- Knowledge of the typical procurement process.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
