Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing outstanding service both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize excellent command of the English language to assist guests and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with a diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless reservation experience.
- Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy.
Qualifications
Hospitality qualification is ideal
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar appointment with specific reservations experience in lodges
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent financial awareness
