Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 2 years experience as a Head Butler in a 4- or 5-star environment (Essential)
- Good understanding of 5-star establishments
- Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service in a luxury environment.
- Sound wine, cocktail, food knowledge preferred
- Knowledgeable when it comes to dietary requirements and preferences
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a passion for working with people.
Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Manage overall guest service experience in the camp
- Ensuring that high standards are always maintained
- Provide full-service functionality to guests
- You need to be present for all mealtimes until guests are finished.
- Accountable for all service related stock consumption and stock takes, including service related items such as cutlery & crockery
- Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information, using this to tailor make their experience.
- Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests
- Well spoken & presented
