SHOWROOM MANAGER TO RUN THEIR
GARDENS, CAPE TOWN SHOWROOM.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
- National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working every 2nd Saturday (Non-negotiable)
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing; Interior Décor/Design or similar (advantageous)
- Minimum +5 years sales experience in a retail or interior décor environment with exposure to high-end brands
- Minimum 5 years people management experience
DUTIES:
- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Maintain showroom operations and image
- Management of showroom and staff and maintaining employee motivation and performance
- Build productive relationships with customers and industry
- Support sales consultants
