Duties: - Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, analysing variances and providing actionable insights.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial health and stability.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Financial Manager.
