The Performance Specialist is responsible for enhancing organizational performance through strategic analysis and implementation of performance management frameworks. With a strong foundation in data analytics and operational improvement, this role will support cross-functional teams in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage over 10 years of experience to provide actionable insights and foster a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse complex performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve performance management systems that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish clear performance goals and benchmarks.
- Partner with various departments to facilitate performance reviews and identify best practices for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on performance initiatives.
- Lead and participate in performance improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on performance management tools and methodologies.

Requirements
Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, operational improvement, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing performance enhancement initiatives.
