Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications: - Completed B. Com Accounting (Non-negotiable)
- 5 or more years of experience in Business Investment
- Experience in Banking, Sales, and Marketing
Skills: - A property investment-related degree will be an advantage
- Solid experience in property investment/property finance structuring
Job Description: - Actively participate in the building of a team through recruitment, selection, development, management, and retention of additional direct reports
- Manage client relationships and participate in management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures contributing to overall success and growth
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key intermediaries and industry stakeholders to generate consistent deal flow opportunities while promoting the company's brand
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and products while engaging in presentations and networking activities
- Prepare and present detailed investment proposal reports for consideration by relevant investment committees ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Participate in various committee meetings providing input and insights for informed decision-making
- Oversee the end-to-end property investment process with a focus on acquisitions, joint venture investments, and owner-occupied property acquisitions
- Take ownership of financial management encompassing income and expenses within the area office ensuring stability and adherence to approved budgets
